Nathan D. Williams

Nathan began his legal career at Greenebaum, Doll & McDonald, a large regional law firm headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky. The experience and perspective he gained defending some of the worlds' largest corporations in high profile litigation is invaluable in his practice now as a plaintiff's personal injury attorney. Knowing how the other side thinks and works is crucial in getting cases successfully resolved. Nathan's career also includes living overseas for a year in the Middle East where he was in-house counsel for a large corporation in Dubai. 


Nathan attended the University of Kentucky College of Law on a Wethington Fellowship where he received his Juris Doctor. He graded onto the Kentucky Law Journal in the top 15% of his class and also served on the Trial Advocacy Board. Nathan was also active in University of Kentucky's Legal Clinic where he helped a wide range of clients with legal issues. Prior to law school, he attended the University of Kentucky where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics.



Nathan has been named a Super Lawyers® Rising Star every year since 2013. He was selected as a 2017 Kentucky Super Lawyers® Rising Star for general personal injury by his peers in the legal community. 

Amanda Reed

Amanda Reed is Of Counsel with Nathan Williams, Attorney-at-Law. Her practice focuses on Bankruptcy, Estate Planning, and Probate. Before joining the practice, Amanda was the Internal Auditor and Assistant Compliance Officer for Farmers National Bank in Lebanon. Amanda has been a member of the Kentucky Bar Association since 2009. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law and her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky. Amanda’s career also includes working as a staff attorney for Judge Kimberly Bunnell of Fayette Circuit Court.


Amanda has volunteered with numerous community groups including Centre Square Board of Directors, Marion County Library Board of Directors, Calvary Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization, and Marion County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.


Amanda resides in Lebanon with her husband, Kaelin Reed, and their two children.
